Portabella Fajitas
3 or 4 Portabella
mushrooms
¼ cup red wine
1 green pepper
1 med. Onion, sliced
1 large garlic clove
Sauté in well of the above in wine until soft (about 6 or 7
minutes). Serve in soft flour
tortillas. Add tomatoes, shredded
cheddar cheese, lettuce, sour cream, salsa, or whatever more you like with your
fajitas.
