Cocoa Pudding Cups

 Cocoa Pudding Cups No dairy or flour. 200 grams of dates, pitted 3/4 cup tahini 4 Tablespoons cocoa powder Cover dates with hot water for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine dates, tahini and cocoa in blender. Pour into cups.  1 1/4 cup almond milk 2 teaspoons gelatin Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup almond milk. Let rest for 10 minutes (it will harden).  Then microwave for <1 minute to liquify again. Mix with the rest of the almond milk.  Chill for 1 hour. Pour a layer of almond milk over the cocoa mix. Serve chilled.  Dust with cocoa powder.

Brownie Cookies

 Brownie Cookies 1 box of brownie mix 2 egg whites 1 cup whipped topping Powdered sugar Mix all but powdered sugar. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.  Make 1 teaspoon balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Bake for 12-15 minutes on lined baking sheet. Let them sit on the cookie sheet cooling for another 10 minutes. Then cool on a drying rack.
