Sautéed Crab Meat


Sautéed Crab Meat

1 lb. Crab meat
2 T. butter
1 T. lemon juice
½ t. salt
¼ t. pepper
1 T. chopped parsley

Pick over crab meat to remove any bits of shell.  Heat butter in a skillet; when foaming add crab meat and about 5 min. or until heated through.  Serve immediately, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
