Vegetable Pasta
pasta
1/4 cup olive oil
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. capers
asparagus
2 cups broccoli
mushrooms
1/4 cup water (or broth)
optional: red pepper, garlic, lemon zest, onion, Parmesan
Cook pasta.
Saute mushrooms in olive oil.
Add lemon juice and capers,
Then asparagus and broccoli.
