Hamburger Casserole
8 oz pasta
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
salt, pepper and garlic powder
can for tomato soup - or leftover Jesse's tomato soup!
8 oz mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Grease casserole dish.
Cook pasta. Reserve 2 tablespoons pasta water.
Brown ground meat. Then season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Drain meat, then place in casserole dish. Add pasta and about 1/2 the cheese. Pour tomato soup on top. Add reserved pasta water and stir everything together.
Cover (lid or foil). Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove cover. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top. Bake uncovered for 10 more minutes.
